Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Growzill Company LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Nextbunny.co visual development platform and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Description of Service

Nextbunny.co is a visual development platform that allows users to design and build production-ready React and Next.js applications. The Service includes visual editing tools, code export functionality, templates, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

User Accounts

Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential

• Maintaining backups of Your Content
• The legality and appropriateness of Your Content

Code Export and Ownership

Code generated and exported from the Service is yours to use without restriction. You may use, modify, and distribute your exported code for any purpose, including commercial projects. We make no claims to ownership of your exported code.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Growzill Company LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Nextbunny.co" and our logo are trademarks of Growzill Company LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services and Content

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including component libraries (such as shadcn/ui) and other tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROWZILL COMPANY LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Growzill Company LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• You remain responsible for exporting Your Content before termination
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Growzill Company LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
